Fish is the main ingredient of many Ramadan recipes through out the Muslim world. Since it is considered lite and healthier it is often used to make Kebabs and rolls instead of meat. Fried finger fish is a very common item on Iftar menu in Muslim households of India and Pakistan. Today we are making Fish Tikka which is very spicy and mouth watering.
