Gajar kheer (Carrot Kheer) is traditional dessert of South Asia. Usually people make Kheer on special occasions, festivals and weddings. Origins of Kheers are unknown as it is prepared with various names in almost all regions of South Asia. Particularly common in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Ingredients6 cups milk 20 almonds 4 carrot 1 cup sugar 4 tbsp grain rice 1 cup condensed milk 1 tbsp chopped coconut 2 tsp chopped pistachioMethod Soak almonds in hot water.
