Shan Biryani masala mix is very famous all over world. It is easy to make and very delicious. Ingredients 1 kg chicken 1 kg basmati rice 1 cup yogurt 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 onion Half cup fresh mint half cup fresh coriander 1 cup oil salt to taste yellow food color Method Fry the onion until it is golden brown.
